Wow, that is awesome! I'm kinda into watches though not an expert, and these are pretty clearly fake. Rolex Datejusts have the little magnifying window over the date, and they don't say, "Quartz" on the face. :-)
And Luke's right, the face on the left watch isn't even centered!

The only reason I would get a $10,000 watch that glows green at night would be if it was a relic from the Cold War that was given to all of the agents as a miniature nuclear bomb and it glowed because it had uranium on the watch face.

Good one.
There actually are watches that still use radioactive material in the markers so they glow all by themselves. I know of Ball Watches, but there are surely others:
