I'm not sure of the translation but I am pretty sure this was a training exercise to help them prioritize medical evacuations. Basically look at your "victims" and decide who gets on the heli first. I like the hashtags though!

I did mine in the middle of winter and the field where the gas hut was was 4 feet of snow. Then my mask didn't seal. I went again and got a mouthful. Around the fourth try one of the section commanders called me over. He shook my mask and told me to swap the filter. The charcoal was broken...
It worked but I had soooo much CS into me I walked in, took a deep breath and said "goodness, there appears to be gas in here... I should don my protective equipment... cheers( full english toff accent too)" the gas commander was laughing so hard I only got confinement for that night.
