I'm not very familiar with the S60R but it ha definitely been lowered and had an aftermarket bumper that's blocked by my hood.

That’s thing was pretty sweet. I also was stopped at alight behind Veyron less than a block from where that photo was taken. And yes, I am a NE Minneapolis Jalop.
