Are basically best friends !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! But the car I reference is this car. Chips sister Amy was born with a condition called Progeria. Don't know much about it/her, but from what I understand, Chip and his dad built the helmet car for my high school (Dos Pueblos HS in Goleta, CA) as a tribute to Amy. Acts like these and the builds he does for Overhaulin (and how touched he gets at the end) just go to show how genuinely nice Mr. Foose is.
