Pretty sure it's a GTR. I'm not 100% sure, but...

I go back and forth on the GT-S. Undoubtedly awesome for pure JDMness and just for being cool (RWD + straight 6 + turbo) but at the same time it's like "you were so close..." Plus i feel like you can get a car with similar qualities in the U.S. for much cheaper and have to deal with much less crap.
But then....it's so cool.

Like I point out every time someone posts an R33, you can have as many R33s as you want, right now. They were the only cars successfully federalized during the whole MotoREX fiasco.

...really? I didn't know that.

Legal up here in the Great White North,so is the R34 but they R34 is expensive as shit an R33 GTR is $15000-$20000 and the R34 GTR is $50000-$70000.

The R33 GT-R has this front end, wider front fenders and subtle box flares on the rear fenders.
An R33 with the 2 round lights (turn signal & fog light I think?) in the bumper, and no widebody, is a GTS25t Spec 2.

You can pick one up for $30k in Japan and ship it, makes more sense financially.

Was it you that was shopping for one a week or 2 ago on here? I have not any $30000 GTR's online but I have seen brokers that will bring them in for about 50K. R33 on the other hand you can get for 15K brokered into Canada easy.
in 2007 I had come so close to picking up a 1991 R32 GTS-T type M with 28000KM's(17500 miles) on it for $11000 I still regret not buying it.

Yeah, that was me. The earlier non-spec R34s are fairly cheap with 80k+ kms on them, but once you get into the Vspecs and special/sought after colours, you'll get into $70k

there is a nice R33 GTS-T in BC with 77000km for $9800 it's no GTR but it would be nice to have anyway.
