Stanley Roberts of KRON4 captures this Chevy Malibu after a "Fender Bender" trying to get off the Freeway. Yeah.......

I'm assuming he's doing a ride-along with a CHP or other police unit for a segment of his "People Behaving Badly" series....but still, that's more than a "fender bender."
