It kind of does that for me as well. But I am also a Chicane fan (different genre, but still good in my opinion).
When I first got the album this song is on, I was listening through it. This song came on, and I thought "Hey, that sounds really familiar...HEY THAT IS GARY NUMAN'S CARS!!" and I kind of flipped out. But I love music, so yeah.
