Seriously, I can't think of any within a decent vicinity from my house.
In Muskoka by my cottage, there's tons, but by home, nothing that I can think of. Unless you guys know?

Typically coastal roads around lakes are a good bet as they follow the twists of the shoreline (likely what you drive in the Muskokas) and have great elevation change. Sadly Toronto has been "Joni Mitchell'd".
Best road I've drove in Ontario was in the Ottawa valley near Arnprior, I took one route into a friends cottage and different route home. Both fantastic. I'm not sure which roads/highway it was, I'll have to Google Map the area later and see if I can find it.
An auto-X event shouldn't be hard to come by in the GTA. I went to one a couple summers ago in the Miss.

There's a few nicer ones just north of the Durham region. I grew up in Haliburton County and there are some fun roads up there.
Highways 503 and 507 are nice, and I've always heard that they're very popular with motorcycles and fast cars. But there are often cops there, though I bet the roads are still enjoyable near the speed limit.
Just about any backroad in the Haliburton area is pretty good.

Yeah, that's what I figured, I'll be heading to Mosport in the summer for my fix. I actually found this road which is small, but still only 5 minutes away from McMaster which is where I am right now for school! I'll drive it sometime this weekend and do a little write up on my thoughts.

Very nice, although a bit out of my way (I'm in York Region), this summer I'll have to make a point of driving up there, should be awesome :)

I'm at McMaster right now, so this is perfect! I'll drive this route on the weekend.

What kind of car are you driving? Judging by your name I want to guess Accord.

There's a road called the 3 line. It's too deserted for cops, and there's one section where you come out of the trees and it's a huge open field with horses, it's amazing. And there's a road called cedar springs rd. that's alright. Only problem is that out here, roads are grids, except for certain sections of road, that's where the good stuff is.

Google maps isn't showing a heck of a lot around there. Maybe get to Toronto Motorsports Park?

Also, Upper Flinton Road and Flinton Road are nice roads. I drove one of them (which the signage called Old Flinton Road, so I think it was Upper Flinton) in a Grand Am and it was fantastic. I would love to take a really well handling car through it. I didn't see another car the whole road.
Also, Highway 41 around the Mazinaw Lake area is really nice and picturesque. as well as being a very nice road, nice long sweeping curves, elevation changes, and the pavement was amazingly smooth. The views were fantastic.

Doesn't look like it, but now that I google map around Renfrew, there are a lot of twisty roads I could have taken lol

Forks of the Credit Rd. Calidon (just north of Brampton) Best driving road in Ontario. Car companies have filmed commercials on it. Lots of bikers have been hurt riding that road. If you drive it you will know why.
