I see wires dangling under the dash, the dash missing from under the steering wheel and installing a fan clutch is not a big deal. It's also missing the cover for the coil packs/valve cover and the plastic intake isn't hooked up right. Remember, the cheapest BMW you can buy is the most expensive.

A voice of reason right here. It's only a matter of weeks until this thing pukes coolant or decides it doesn't want to get up in the morning. Looks poorly maintained so you can safely assume that it is DEFINITELY poorly maintained.
