I'm using the stuff yourself with stimulants method. However I just found out insurance won't cover adderall for those over 21 anymore. :( What's this "method" you speak of?

This was new to me as well, apparently you divide your work into 25 minute increments and take a short break after each 25 minutes of work.

A) I use the timer on my phone
B) I do find it effective, because I'm terrible at actually doing the work, and this helps me to focus.
C) I also use the stuff yourself with stimulants method. At night it wears off though
