Cyclists! It's like trying to share the road with Buzz Killington. What are we supposed to do? Not hit them?

OK, we're supposed to not hit them. Being charged with reckless driving or, heaven forbid, vehicular manslaughter is serious business. And aside from morals, the legal repercussions alone are enough to stay vigilant behind the wheel. But for the woman responsible for this accident, !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! on her.

It's a little hard to tell if this is road rage or driver incompetence. Well alright, it's likely incompetence due to the merging lane. She probably couldn't handle doing a head check and merging her car — plus not almost killing someone — at the same time.

that hurts to watch. i've had my fair share of having to ride a little too close to ignorance than is comfortable. but if i were to see something like this happen on the road, i might become a little violent.

The answer to your question is yes. Lacking the self control to keep from acting out on road rage impulses is a definite sign of an incompetent driver.
