No Nedelin disaster that I saw? In terms of energy released its the largest artificial non nuclear explosion ever and killed more than 150 of the Soviet engineers (A lead rocket designer as well) and a high up Soviet official. By far the worst launch pad disaster, and the largest at ~6.93kt.
