Nissan 240Sx, 40,000 miles. I'm not buying it. Not enough cash floating around, and I'd rather have a project.

Imagine it without those ugly hubcaps, and carpet on the seats and the doors. Lots of potential here.

Expensive and has the less desirable engine. CP.

Hilarious that they refer to this as a "Very Rare" car. There were 60582 made for the US market in 1990 alone. 1 of 60,000 is not rare. They are nice cars, this one looks clean but no way is it "One of a kind" or "Very rare"

Not many left like that.

Yeah, Too many of these have been molested though. If I were to have a car like this one, I would keep it stock.

No, too many of them are heavily modified. I hope the next owner leaves it stock.

If it was $5,000 then the less desirable engine would be compensated for. Remember, this is a pristine 40,000 example that has not been modified.

Yeah I would too.

I just think it's funny the way used car dealers use buzzwords like "one of a kind" and "Rare" to describe any mass produced car that hasn't been beaten to within an inch of it's life. I think it's because they are so used to selling complete crap to people that when they get a car with no huge dents or vomit on the seats, it's a "Rare" thing for them.

Haha. This dealer claims that they specialize in "Used Rare European Cars" The 240 is blatantly Japanese. They also have a used Metro City Bus handicap van. That is not European, Rare, and probably has vomit on the seats.

They have a bunch of overpriced shit also.

This is rare though. It's rare because there's not many left. Your argument is like saying that a critically endangered animal isn't rare because at one point there were thousand of them.
Can you find another one like this? Unmodified, low miles, one owner, manual. I doubt it. It's rare.
I'm probably just bitter because I passed on one last year that was an unmodified kouki with 90k and one owner for 7k

What do you consider "not many"? 20%, 10% let's go with 5% of s13's produced are still in good shape, even with a lowball estimate, that's 10,000 cars in the US alone. It's not a rare car no matter how bad you want it to be. I think you are mistaking rare for nice or cool. They are both cool and nice, but not rare.
