Not as much as CA for cars specifically, but it's #1-3 in all the usual blue state, "progressive", One Party Rule, corruption measures like taxes, fees, crime, runaway government, rewarding criminals & deadbeats, jailed politicians, graduation rates, single motherhood, make-work patronage jobs, etc.
We had a "temporary" income tax hike two years ago, and somehow the Chicago school system gets to set its own property tax hikes, which it pegs at the maximum state-allowed increase every year while complaining it can't go higher, yet the most conservative estimates put us over 100 Billion in debt for pensions alone...
