But it's also his job to be silly. Lambo doesn't play by the same rules as everyone else. Their job is to be the wild one.

They are compromised, but so is the Aventador. I bet Lamborghini didn't even try to fit the VAG W-16 in the back of that thing.

Well, at least Montezemolo has a (small), excuse, he is Italian. Italians are known for talking first and thinking later, sometimes. I should know, I'm 10% Italian. But, the Berlin born, Stefan Winkelmann, should be more calculated when he talks about the future, and technology and engineering. I should know that too, I'm 40% German.

Oh well, his hairdo and his suits are getting more Italian, by day.

Maybe his temper is doing that, too.

That would be awesome!

It would be pretty tough to do though. The P1 is pretty damn impressive.

Maybe Lambo can use the traction from their AWD in concert with a clever hybrid system to generate a 0-100 MPH time that has never been seen from a production car before. The car may not handle like the P1 or 918 but it would be a straight line beast like some of the old cars were.

Yeah, but the new one will get a diesel option, so much to keeping the DNA... it's basically going to be a fancy italian Porsche Cayenne. Like the Cayenne it will suck and sell better than everything else. I hate that...
