Quite interesting and brave rider. Someone should bring this kind of contraption to nostalgia drag races. I wonder what kind of gearbox it has. From a HD?

That....looks a little uncomfortable...but I'd totally ride it.

It didn't have a gear box. The rider managed the clutch to spin the wheel over the first 150 yards or do.

Howard German
A few days ago a grand Gentleman of our Motorcycle fraternity and ex President of the A.P.M.C. passed away after a lengthy illness. Howard German was a talented Racer in many disciplines of Motorcycle competition, more importantly he was a lovely man, the Motorcycle world is a poorer place with his passing.
