Oh and related - I just test drove a used Gallardo for the hell of it. 2004 6MT.

It was actually better than I expected after all I had read and seen on video reviews. I expected the ride quality to feel like the tires were made of cement and the understeer to be so bad that I couldn't make a left hand turn at a traffic light without pushing wide and hitting traffic. I also expected the pedals to be so close together that I couldn't drive without taking off my shoes.

All of those issues seemed to be overblown. Ride was softer than expected. Understeer didn't seem so bad that it ruined the car. The pedals were close together but not unusable in my work shoes.

It did not have a twin turbo setup though, so it would not have been YSI approved.
