Someone* is without a doubt going to take that space.
Btw: Almost time to remove winter wheels in favor of the summers.

Well somebody is getting their Pimpala keyed!

They work for the same agency as I do, but they were driving a company car. The company will more than likely pay for the small damages. I'd rather just have them take the keys away from the jackass.

Why the hell do that? U.S. parking spaces are much bigger than U.K. ones and these aren't exactly big cars. I hope thats paint transfer from the other vehicle and not a scuff on the Camaro. Some people have no respect for other peoples property.

Ugh I woke up to this this morning. My 100 quattro gave the car in front of me a slight push (it was icy and the thing popped out easy enough). It was also an impala of the previous gen. Bastards

It's a scuff.

Love those heritage wheels by the way! I know getting crashed into all too well.
I hate it how, every single clown gets the keys to the company car, and thinks that "Hey, the car isn't mine, it doesn't matter what I do with it."
Hoonage is Ok in my book. Crashing into people isn't.

The thing with taps is that you can tell when somebody doesn't care about their car. I accidentally gave a small tap to an super beat up Geo Prism. The back bumper was already trashed, so I didn't say anything.

Ouch. Out with the finishing compound and polish. Is it more worse than the picture shows? Doesn't look too bad from the picture though, more a bloody nuisance and inconvenience.
Thats why I always keep some Gtechniq P1 polish, a trifoam pad, some microfibre cloths and some top up sealant in the boot of the car.

Agreed. I have no clue how he didn't even notice that he hit me or the fact he was 3 feet farther into a parking space than anyone on either side of him. I'm sure he moved my car.

yeah I just detailed the shit out of the 100 yesterday so I was pissed. this back bumper of the impala looked like any other. All beat to bits and scuffed up. my front plate did the pushing but I checked to make sure I didnt leave a nice plate print in there

I plan to sit down and get a better look at it when I get home tonight.

He probably did notice you. Jealous of the car, I'm guessing. People do stupid things out of spite.

I never have brought my car to an electric car wash. Never again, those scratch the hell out of everything. I do all of my detailing myself. I have one of those bumper guards, for parking in the city.

You know this asshole? This looks personal.

yeah I totally did. Reasonable offer to the Volvo people was just shy of 4 grand CP territory. 100 ended up being much cleaner than I should have expected. I took this this am. Got a good coat of wax on it yesterday

Some of it cleaned up with some rubbing compound. I'll have to really put some time into it this weekend. I'm hoping I don't have to touch it up, but almost sure I will have to.

Hopefully you only need a little clearcoat after a thorough panel wipe down. The awkward bit is its right on a ridge line but a denibbler should make light work and only a quick fettle to tidy it off with your rubbing compound and then a finishing polish.
