Wrkzo.eu is one. I've got an account with a multihost company zevera, gets me access to rapidshare/uploadedto/rapidgator etc. You have to pay for the multihost access, but links are up as soon as the show has finished airing, SD or HD.

The fixed version of 720p is painful - I'm only getting 3k - seeds/peers are .142, and it should take 5 weeks and 2 days. Bla. I always leave my program up and seeding until the morning.
