Anyone excited about Mario Kart 8?

I'm really looking forward to play this game. I usually play the shit out of EVERY SINGLE Mario Kart since Double Dash. My first DS was trashed because I played too much Mario Kart and destroyed the L button and the D-Pad. This is the best looking Mario Kart game ever, and if Nintendo can keep up the successive improvements of the last Mario Kart games, this will be a great game.

I'll probably get it, as it'll be one of the last new games for the Wii U.... I haven't played a Mario Kart game since the N64 though, so it should be interesting.

The only problem I see for racing each other online, in addition to Nintendo shutting off DS and Wii online services, are the timing between players. I'm under Brazil's time, which could be very different from, let's say, Germany time. I work and study, so it's not that easy to spare a time to race.

I think we could choose some Mario Kart Wii and Mario Kart 7 tracks to create a power board, like Top Gear. Just for fun, because I don't have money to distribute prizes!

Well, if we can't get a new F-Zero, I'm okay with this. Nintendo NEVER did anything wrong with Mario Kart, even Double Dash!! is a great game. I'm sure this will turn out great.
