When I stumble across things like !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , it really makes me wonder.
Who is responsible for this? Do they just not care? Are they expecting to move this car based on the huge volumes of foot traffic looking for what is a track prepped(I think) car?
My assumption is that there is a salesman at !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! who manages online listings. I'm also assuming he saw this car and just didn't know what to say or do. So, let's slap it up there with a price tag that will begin a thousand questions. But, we are sure to provide no answers!
How does a dealership end up with this car? Did they take it in trade? That would be ridiculous. But then what? They built it but don't know anything about it? I know I'm asking too many questions here, but it's rupturing my brain.
The ads literally say nothing of use about the car, except that you'll really love getting over 30mpg.

Looks like someone posted the wrong pics, considering they have a gutted interior and then the full interior.
Also, I love the extent of the work inside and then the cheap Enkei wheels.

You should watch the video associated. It praises the inline 4 cylinder, latch-system equipped seats, and rear seat pass through.
For $50k, what else could it really be? I think they have obtained some race prepped car, and just threw it on the site (and cars.com) with the auto-generated FR-S feature page.
I noticed this same dealer has some other besmirched FR-S for $30k with a bad paint job and a side full of tuner stickers.

How much would it cost to truly race prep something like this? Maybe they are onto a new trend?

I would do my auto shopping elsewhere, everything sounds like a crock of shit, and after what Tekamulburner said down there. They dealer should be looked at.

I'd say wrong pics as well. First interior pics show a regular, stock interior. Next interior pics show an almost completely stripped interior.
Odd...

Back in October I ran into a drag prepped old Mirage on a dealer lot. Full cage, gutted, and Nitrous. I asked the salesman WTF, and apparently some guy took it on trade in thinking that they'd just send it to the auction and then the auction guy wouldn't take it so they just swapped out the slicks with some shitty tires on steelies and were trying to just get it off the lot. Granted they had theirs priced at like 1k not 50k.
