I think the hazard is a stuck accelerator pedal- not electrocution.

When I was younger I bought an amplifier and subs at Best Buy. I foolishly allowed them to install it and they actually ran my power wire right across my clutch-stop. I didn't notice for a while. Luckily I found it before I ran into problems (died).
