Call him up and see. It seems fishy because he doesn't mention cobra in the ad except in the tags, but you never know. The low mileage is the fishiest thing to me

Even a non cobra v8 with that low miles in good cond goes for like 7k so I'd say scam but I'd also investigate it just in case.
