That is not a normal E-Type coupe. It is one of the "low drag" models. I think they are a lot prettier than the normal coupes.

You are correct, there were only two (I think) original low-drag coupes made from the lightweight factory cars in 62.

Just like the even rarer XJ13, there are several more these days.
