Any Polish people on Oppo?
I mean Polish people from Poland who can speak Polish (half-Poles are welcome too of course)

How polish? Of polish descent, or actual poles-in-poland-poles?
We do love polandball, though.

I'm technically of part polish descent.
I like the sausage?

I'm actually only part Polish and not from Poland. My friends just teach me the bad words...

I'm Polski by descent. My Prababcia is the first of the family to be born in the U.S. We all just call her Babci, though, and she'll be 96 this year. I've never learned more than the occasional word of Polish from her but I did grow up with her fantastic cooking. Gobki, kapusta, borscht, kaszanka, pczki, chruciki, you name it! She just cooks all day long to pass the time between church and Bingo. We'll go to visit her and end up leaving with gallon bags of frozen pierogi!

Yup. And the cabbage, too. Can't forget about the cabbage. Her entire house smells of cabbage even when she's not cooking.

Only a quarter, but I still get infuriated when people say 'pierogis'.
I'm like, "Okay, do you eat spaghettis too?"

Psh, your Polish girlfriend made her privy to her rage on this topic...
On that note, tak, jestem Polska dziewczyna! :)

Oh God, I'm pretty sure if I cut myself, I would bleed cabbage and pierogi.
Also, I swear to never dye my hair beet/burak red. Ohhh, my people...
