1. Depends on what you mean by "car". Does it have to be bespoke? What about tuner cars? Technically, there are many cars, street legal too, built on other company's chassis that qualify as 1:1.

2. Is the Venom GT's weight dry or wet weight?

Only with dry weight the Venom is 1:1, while the KOENIGSESGESSESGGGGGG is wet.
