$75,000 might seem like a lot of money for a seven year-old Jeep Wrangler. But !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . First, it's a Wrangler Unlimited. So, you know, no limits. Second, it's a Rubicon-spec model. That's top-of-line jeepiness, right there. Third, it's got a 475 HP (estimated) 6.4L V8.

Horsepower costs money. So, it's clearly worth $75,000 (estimated).

Neat

But I'd rather have a mint resto-mod FJ40 with any flavor of GM V8

In my opinion at least, it's not really worth that much money, when you can get plenty of cheaper 500hp cars, Gt500 Mustang, Viper.

I think this is a common mistake of a buyer trying to get out of a vehicle what he/she has into it. Taking into account the cost of all the components and the jeep itself I can see all of that coming to around 75 grand.....but there is no way that you ever get your money out of a project like this.

This.

No one should ever build a Jeep with the express purpose of turning a profit.
