More proof that if I put more engine vent/scoops on my MR2 the faster it'll be.
That thing seriously looks mean though. That much power in such a short wheelbase must be bonkers.

Hip to be a Square is the perfect soundtrack for this car.
Pretty sure it's a 3SGTE with 600ish HP according to other sources. Built for Group B and/or Group S.

The 3SGTE isn't the best sounding motor ever. Here's an in-car that sounds a little meaner.
That said, I wouldn't be surprised if it's running much lower boost than it would have had in a race.

yeah probably lower boost to save the engine, would of been nice if it was a 4age, they are a lovely sounding engine for a 4pot

yeah maybe if Group S went ahead they would have been limited to 220kw. A race bred 4AGZE would have been capable of that pretty easily.

It does sound really underwhelming in these clips. Maybe its the setup but trust me when I say the 3sgte has a much more raw and meaner sound in person.
