This is such a work of art. On one hand it's a playful looking little car, and on another the tires are one of those "just why" modifications. Add that to the bike rack and the CHEESE license plate and you've got a nice little car that is either viewed as interesting and fun or interesting and horrid.

I actually like it. Not in a functional sort of way but it seems like a car that doesn't take itself too seriously. It's just fun.

There was a lifted f-150 behind me today with the tires hanging out past the fenders just like this car. Isn't there some sort of law saying you need fender extensions or this is illegal?

It never left! My car has about a 1/3" poke, not nearly as drastic as this guy
