It's March in Oregon, and therefore things get a bit wet. That said, it didn't stop the owner of a new Porsche 911 50th Anniversary Edition to come out. Some of the folks also came out for a tech inspection of their cars.
It was also my first outing with a new lens on my Nikon D800E: a Sigma 35mm f/1.4 Art. The 35mm f/1.8G DX lens was okay, but was a bit too long with a 1.2x crop and corners suffered.
Below is a small selection of photos from Saturday. You can find !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .

Looks like some nice cars, just need a dry morning so I can fire up one of the old cars.

I'm really hoping that it will be a dry weekend for the Jalop/Oppo meet up next month.

I do too and for roadster show setup next week. It makes it less crowded in the buildings.

I wish my car was actually done so I could bring it up... soon. Soon. If it were nicer I would just ride the ninja up there, but the way it's raining I would just be a muddy mess by the time I got there.

Considering a move to the Portland area. Good to see there is at least SOME car culture present.

There's definitely pockets of car culture spanning all ages and socioeconomic levels in the Portland metro area intermixed in with the Greenies and Hipsters :)
