Both sides of the steering wheels have upshift and downshift paddles - as far as I know - if that's your meaning.

No they dont, the second paddle you see on each side is for the clutch. Trust me, ive seen it real

Nice, i didnt know about hamilton's kers, but they never said they have up shift paddle on both sides of the wheel like Gabor Vajda suggests.
