Meh.

Kinja'd!!!

The plot twist at the end didnt really make me say wow cuz I didnt really care or feel like I knew what the heck was going on. Also the game was rather boring. Sure I cared about elizabeth and making sure she got free but it mostly was lame. The graphics were nice and the details and visuals and stuff was cool like most bioshock games. Shooting people and using the skyhook was boring.

I didn't enjoy the gameplay too much. After the first bioshock the formula got old, however the story is fantastic. I throughly enjoyed it and a little repetitive gameplay is always worth a good story. You're kinda weird if you didn't enjoy the plot twist in this one...

Whatttttt. The beginning and ending were what really stood out to me. I followed the story, though. It was a total mindfuck to me.

The original stuff they showed for BI, which had more of a US vs Commies look about it was something I really wanted to play. What we got...was fun...but...ehhhhh.

I did like the ending though, and multiple realities stuff when she finally clicks with her powers.

I liked walking round the lighthouses and the walkways that kept popping up and yes it was a twist of an ending and the beginning was intriguing but playing the game I thought was lame.

I think part of the problem is that I take a long time to beat a game. I dont play very long anymore so I might have forgotten a lot of things and have to try to pull myself back into it again each time.

Try Homefront if you want something that unintelligent and unimaginative.

That'll definitely do it to ya. For myself I have weeks that go by with tons of work, school, and practice so I won't have any time to game. Come summer or winter break, I'll blow through all the games I wanted to play that year in 2 or 3 weeks.

Played it, and I think you misunderstand. Go look at the original Bioshock Infinite footage they released, it had this cool Uncle Sam vs the commies threat thing happening. Factions in the floating city, the population rising up against the oppressors, it looked like it was going to have a deep story to it.

I kinda do the same thing. I will go along time like months and never play and then I get the shakes and need to play some video games and will go on a bit of a binge.

now that xbone is out its like I dont even want to buy a game. I want to buy and play on xbone but 500 bux is a lot of cabbage.

It was purely OK. A better game than a lot of other FPS style games sure. Story is more interesting to boot. It just did not grab me overall like the first one and even the second one did to a point. I would like to check out the two expansions they released where you go back to Rapture though

I couldn't imagine anything as trite as THE US OF A VERSUS THOSE GOSH DARN COMMIES being anything even remotely close to resembling depth.

That's your opinion and you're entitled to it. But I suggest going and looking at the footage they released.

Apparently about two games worth of content got cut from BioShock: Infinite before the end.

I don't play video games but I spent a good chunk of my time watching my roommate play it and I enjoyed the concept of Having a Choice But Not Really kind of thing. It was nice.

It was a good story from beginning to end, but the gameplay was in fact boring, you're right.

The last Bioshock games were a million times better.

Bioshock infinite's game mechanic bored we before I could even get into the story. Borderlands 2 and Fallout Newvegas are still enjoyable after all this time.
