Its not about function, just like the stance scene, its only about looking swagtastic... Or in this case, hood rich.

I'm sure these things drive like total shit, and ride like total shit. Most cars and trucks I see on 22" or bigger wheels whenever I'm down in southern maryland are wobbling down the road because they're so bent up from pot holes.
