Apparently "good places to hoon in San Diego" does not come back with any good results. It's raining and I need to break traction... but in a semi-responsible manner.
If my stupid truck wasn't having issues I would be taking that out in the mud. Bah!

Fresh snow here, and they just paved a parking lot for a company that doesn't exist yet next door. Hoon time!

That's why you lot should have more roundabouts. Although all you really need is a slow corner you can see through. If there's nothing coming, and nothing parked on the exit, the road is yours.

That's exactly what I need!
You're not far from San Diego, right?

I mean Canada isn't that far away is it?

If you find one let me know. I'm in North County now....

I watched a WRX almost lose control on a small slide entering my neighborhood. Not sure if he was trying to hoon, or just a terrible driver.
Lots of backroads to test your ballsiness off the 15...

Me too! Escondido.

Yeah, that's the thing... plenty of nice twisties where I can stuff my car into a guardrail, off a cliff, into a cliff, or into another car... not much where I can hoon safely, like a big, abandoned parking lot.

Practically next door.

the older and more responsible I get/think I am, the more inclined I am to say get an older rear-wheel drive car with narrow tires that breaks traction easily so the few remaining places to hoon can be done so at safe, controllable speeds.

When it's wet, the M5 doesn't take much to break traction.
I had to settle for a couple quick u-turns in a small, empty parking lot.
