I fucking love watching Street Outlaws! Sure it's probably a little bit staged but the cars are real. And after watching that stupid Sonoma absolutely destroying Lutz's 6-second 57' Chevy, I am convinced that it is the fastest, technically road legal car in the wuuurld. Get it?! The fastest car in the world is a fucking truck! Where is your God now?!

Has he raced Larry Larson?

I have no idea, but as Larsson only barely beat Lutz last time the raced I would highly suspect that the Sonoma would beat Larsson aswell.

FWIW I'd only trust results if the race is done outside of a TV show.

It may be another car by now, but I always thought this one was.

IDK if you've seen the episode but Lutz kinda openly admits to standing no chance against the Sonoma after the race. I don't see Lutz lying to the camera on a show that he usually doesn't participate with.

It probably was, until Larry Larsson and the drag week guys came along.

Well, Dave did get beat in Chicago which I believe they are not going to air.

He did? By who and what? I am in now way taking Dave's side here, just curious. Was it a clean run on Dave's part or did the engine blow up again or something like that?

I have no dog in the race either.
Dave lined up against a Chevy II, got beat off the line and then spun. Didn't make a full pass but was behind from the start.
People who were there report that these races are basically coin flips because the cars are so close.
