...and you can do it in whatever you want. What do you choose? On one hand, comfort is key for the long highway stretches, so a Bentley might be best for you. But it's nice to have some drifty fun in the mountains, so maybe you want a 458. You could even go for both with a 12C or 911. For me, it would be an F12. I would be fine with sacrificing comfort for speed, fun and the sound of the V12. What's your choice.

The Aston James May used in Top Gear. Air con and suspension are for wimps

Ferrari California, seems like a good balance.

I don't care how old it is (I think you can still get it with a stick too).
EDIT: Just remembered this video, its on topic so might as well share.

Zonda of any flavor. I'm not picky.

Great choice! The F12 is a Grand Tourer by definition. Dark blue with Camel interior please.

I like the way you think. The Zonda is probably the only supercar I would even consider if I ever had enough money to consider a supercar at all. . .

Yeah, the F brought Hammond to tears on just an air strip. Sticks with me I guess.

Second choice, with a manual obviously. These things sound amazing in person.

I fell in love with it when I first saw a video of one running back in the early 01 or 02, I still dream of one day being able to get behind the wheel of one.

I'm between a Zonda and an 8C/Disco Volante.

The nice thing about the F12 that you chose is that you say "sacrificing comfort," but in reality, the F12 is fairly comfortable, since it's really meant to be a grand tourer. It does a nice job of playing the middle ground between a 458 and a Bentley.

I would choose either a F-Type V8S or a Gallardo Spyder (LP550-2 with gated shifter)

R8, but I'll answer that to everything, so it's not really an answer.
You know what would be fun?
It's got power and by accounts is a comfortable GT car. As a bonus, it's American as a bald eagle shooting a shotgun while eating apple pie dunked in a PBR. You'll stick out like a sore thumb, but damned if you won't have a freaking blast.

2014 Ford F-350 Super Duty King Ranch crew cab dually. Yurpeans like diesels, so I'll go with the 6.7 Powerstroke with 400 hp and 800 lb/ft of torque.

that's actually not a bad choice for Europe. Corvettes are rare over there, and thus desirable in the way that if Jaguars were American and thus as common as Fords, well.. ;)

I think something like an E63 AMG long roof would do quite nicely. Maybe a Bentley Brooklands or Arnage. All three are capable of sliding around when you want a bit of hoonery, but the sublime ride comfort would be the real selling point.

A nice comfortable grand touring vehicle but with the ability to go push it to the limits on the fun twisty roads, you say? I can only think of one vehicle that fulfills both of those requirements in spades.
You may think it's ugly, but it practically defies the laws of physics with just how well it can both corner and accelerate. You could take this car on the track and be just fine.
