I kinda like it. Looks like every thing was done with great car. It so crazy I have to love it. It seems to me like a modern day Boso mixed with an oldschool low rider. The only things I would change would be the wheels, and that weird vent behind the rear wheels.
the wheels look to sporty HUGE but still sporty I'd replace them with these

it is reeeally hard to tell how this started out life. I was thinking S15 just b/c the c pillar areas is so curvy. but the A pillars look more like a S13 so your most likely right.
