Well they were pretty ahead of their time. A 340hp V8 and 5-speed auto were fairly stout back in 2003. And not completely outdated today either for that matter.

When they were first introduced, my neighbor picked one up. He always had a thing for Infiniti and it rubbed off on me a bit, but I just hated the look of this car. As I've grown up, I've come to appreciate the design a lot more and I like them now!

It's so clean and crisp. It's not a cliche wedge. It's got an actual greenhouse instead of a mail slot. The lines all harmonize and there aren't too many, as the designer knew when to put the pen down. It is excellent. The only Infinitis I like better are the OG Q45 and the J30.

I had a '91 Q45 and it was a wonderful car. These are basically the same drive train.
