Because I'm lazy and don't have a web thingy for poll making (though if some happy Oppo wants to make one, I'll completely link it into the original post) but I do have a penchant for collecting 1/64 scale die-cast cars.
And so I wanted to ask my fellow Oppo-sickies what they prefer to collect in 1/64 scale.
Hot Wheels?
Johnny Lightning?
Green Light?
Maisto?
Motor Max?
Tomica?
Welly?
Other (which)?
(note; not my pic)

Mainly Hot Wheels, but others if the price is right and I like them.

I've got mostly Hot Wheels; but I've got one Johnny Lightning '85 911 and I love the superior detailing it offers it's owner. Depends on what you're looking for really..
I'd say go with whatever you'll be happy with in the end. Best of luck!

I've moved into a lot of Johnny Lightning, and others actually, just because of the level of detail and/or the rubber wheels.
The Monte Carlo that I just found this weekend from Maisto has amazing detail.

I prefer Hot Wheels for some odd reasons....I like the weight of them, how they roll, and the overall look. Strangely I also am fond of the smell, not because it is a good smell but it just brings back memories when I rip open a package! Johnny Lightnings are awesome but I just like to keep it consistent buying HW cars.

Rubber wheels, or plastic preferred?

Well in a perfect world I could buy rubber wheeled hot wheels for $1 but it is not. Plastic is fine with me as they are faster.
