Found it! Vintage Archie! Most are from '79-'81, but there are outliers from '75 and '83

In the late '90s I would read (And re-read and re-read and...) anything comics. My neighbor had a big box of old Archie, Richie Rich, and Casper comics that her now grown up son no longer wanted, so she gave them to me. The box has been untouched in my closet for years (in part because my closet has become blocked by chair, hamper, and clothes that miss the hamper).
