I believe that is a factory Suzuki Wheel... If I remember correctly the Autoweek episode with the Swift GTi featured these wheels..

that's the wheel you're thinking of; but the ford wheels don't have the center cap bolt covers. I really think its a factory Suzuki wheel...

I think those are by Enkei. I remember seeing them in Tire Rack magazine ads in the early 1990s.

I can't find a picture of them online, but if you can find a copy of Autoweek or Car and Driver from the early 1990s there probably is a Tire Rack ad in there with those wheels.
