A lot of people here hate me, so I won't be surprised to see multiple search results with my screen name. "He's a TROLL!" "He's a Nazi!" "IHAC Number Two!" "Who the heck gave him the authorship?" "That's it, abandon ship," etc. I used the Kinja search function to see which TFCCotY posts I published and this post came up. I thought about putting together and publishing the TFCCotY 40's post, but decided to concentrate on the second part of the TFCCotY 30's post. That post will be my last, so I'm taking my time making it special.

Great things have an end, mein freund, but thank you for expressing your concerns. I lost sight in my right eye over the weekend, but I had a lot more fun with my husband and son than worrying about my eyesight. I have an training appointment with a service dog that specialises in blindness and deafness (it's a German Shepherd). I'm hoping to finish that post before my left eye goes out.

Thank you for the kind words. Blondi ( ja , I called her that) was quite an impressive service dog. She made me feel lazy during the training appointment because she was doing all the work for me, hah. I need to find a black on silver Iron Cross dog tag for her.
