Two friends of mine hit black ice this morning which sent them into a roll and eventually wrapping around a tree. They were both wearing seat belts. The driver, the brother of my best friend, is fine for the most part. He has a concussion but he's really banged up. The passenger is in critical condition with some sort of spine injury, that's all I know really. Just keep them in your prayers, Oppo. And for those of you who don't like the word 'prayer' then just do whatever you do.

Black Ice scared the crap out of me when I lived in Illinois. I'll keep you and your friends in my thoughts and hope for the best.

Positive vibes and prayers, dude. Spinal injuries can mean so many things, I sincerely hope the passenger's injury is on the mild end of the spectrum.

I'm just glad I could keep the tasteless side of me from making the tempting Key & Peele joke ...

I'm a little bummed out but I talked with the one on the phone and he's doing alright, gonna be there for a few more days. As for the other, not much is known yet, I'm visiting them tomorrow.
