I have a lot of daylight to do things! Like washing and waxing the Mustang.
I think nothing looks better than a black car that has been freshly washed. But I may be biased.
I also finally opened up my new car cover. There is now no mistaking what is under it!

Normally not a big fan of the murdered-out look, but the SN197's look so badass in all-black, you have a beautiful car dude. And is that an SVT Focus lurking in the garage?

Thanks! If it is any consolation, I feel like I started murdering out my car before it got old haha. I am a hipster like that. And yea the SVT is my daily. I am hopefully going to replace the timing belt this weekend at a Focus group install meet.

Nah, it looks great, that's one of the positives of retro designs like the Mustang is that no matter what you do it it will never look old, just classic.
And good luck with the timing belt, I actually had to take mine to a shop to do it because I didn't trust myself to reset the cams properly with the crazy VCT system Ford put on these engines, but if you're at a Focus meet I'm sure you're in good hands. I'm super jealous you have a Focus community near you, I'm on a few of the Focus forums but I seem to be the only SVT Focus owner in northern Indiana :|

Yea I am lucky because Houston has a huge Focus community. I would say I know about 5 guys with SVT's, and they have all done the timing belts, so they know what's up. Makes diagnosing things a lot easier when I can just text a couple guys.

Wow, 5 all in one town? I've only seen one other SVT car in my life (at a stoplight in downtown Indianapolis) so most of my knowledge on it comes from forums or websites, I'd love to have actual people to meet up with. Either way it's really cool the support these little cars have, I just wish they weren't so damn glitchy.

Haha Houston is hardly what I would call a town. And those 5 are just guys I know, I see them around all the time. And the amount of support these cars have is pretty impressive. It's close to on par with the amount of information available on the SN-197 Mustangs, which is obviously my other comparison.
