Going to be Captain Pedantic here, but Retina is a brand name and marketing scheme, not a resolution. Things Apple calls "Retina" come in many different sizes and refers more to pixel density than anything else (though even this varies wildly within the naming scheme).

That being said, I'm not sure what the correct term for a 2880 x 1800 resolution is. The old MacBooks used QXGA, and the 13" still uses WQXGA, but I can't find the correct term for the new 15" MacBook Pro.
