Pripyat, a town near Chernobyl, is often pointed as one of the creepiest places in the planet, what with his hastily abandoned nurseries and horror movie hospitals...
To be honest though, I'd really like to visit.

It is enough that my Granddad was there when Nr.4 exploded as he was a general at the red army at the time. He had to oversee the first tries of limiting the damage.

Didn't they plan to drop a new cover over it as the old one was poorly and quickly built and is now leaking?
Here in Germany most of nuclear reactors are about to be shut down, and all old ones are already. The question is where to get a substitute for the cheap energy.
