I'm supposed to be taking my road test tomorrow, provided the snow doesn't cancel it. I think it might though. 8-16" tomorrow and tomorrow night, but no one knows when it's going to start snowing heavily. Sigh.

The examiners are less strict when there's snow on the ground = easier to pass

When I went to take my test for my motorcycle endorsement a while ago (I'd been riding for years and didn't realize that some states required additional licensing) it was kinda sorta snowing. I figured, what the hell, I may as well take it now and I'm on a KLR it can handle a little slipperiness. The place turned me away though because it was 'too dangerous'. I asked them why, if I had gotten the endorsement the day before I would legally be allowed to ride around in those conditions. Alas, I could not convince them.
