It's a line that a well- known and highly-regarded investment guru said a few years ago about Soros in a meeting. I always disliked Mr. Soros, but he spelled out more specific incidents that I was unaware of that really cemented my feelings for the guy. After doing my research (I never blindly take anyone's words as fact), yeah, Soros fits the bill.
