My opinion on it: Very sexy, but also busier than the concept they showed. The interior is spot on, but the rear bumper with the vents doesn't work here. It did on the CLA, but on a big Coupe it looks kinda cheap.

Yes, for some reason the rear doesn't work for me either. Somehow the boot is too high and the 'diffusor' and that chrome line don't improve the styling.

8/10

Played it safe. Didn't ruin it. Didn't knock it out of the park either. I suppose I'll like it more when the TT V12 version and all specs are released.

I don't know what it is, but it just looks wrong to me. The front just doesn't match the sides, it look way to 'blunt'.

I hope AMG can go batshit on the 65 AMG model.

I bashed this yesterday for being largely useless (I still think it is), but my word..... This is beautiful! It makes the outgoing model look like a complete turd. That interior is just complete class.

I totally agree that it's useless. But if we only would buy useful cars, we all would be driving Golf's and Camry's.
I mean, in theory Mercedes sells you a less spacious S-class for more money.

And that interior is awesome, although I would love to see it in tan with warmer, brighter wood panels. Even classier that way.

You and me are speaking the same design language! I'd get it tan or white, with brighter wood (none of that black stuff) and ban jeans from ever being near it.

This is the new standard for a personal luxury coupe. Mercedes is the only game in town at this level.

7.5/10.

Not bad. The front end isn't very surprising and looks good, but the rear end's a surprise. In a good way.
Biggest issue I see are the sides, too tall and busy. But it doesn't looks as metled as a CLA. Still rather have a CLS though.

Why did they give it the arse of a Renault Laguna coupe? :(

While the general consensus seems to be that it's beautiful, I don't like it at all. Maybe it's just MB's new healight designs and the fact that the rest of the car does indeed look like a slightly tampered with Laguna Coupé.
