They were never made, this has to be a custom. A few people have made them, this one looks like it used to be a 2 door Golf

Portugal. MkI/II Golf sedans were called Jettas in Western Europe too, but when the MkIII came out it was renamed Vento, then Bora for the MkIV, then Jetta again.
